Attendees Ian Bird, Markus Schulz, Roberto Barbera, Johan Montagnat, Erwin Laure, Frank Harris, Hannelore Hämmerle, Kristina Gunne, Pasquale Pagano, Brendan Hamill, Marius Sterzel, Massimo Lamanna Total number of abstracts: 184 Boundary conditions: Given the large number of papers, we will also use the sessions on Friday, given space for about 100 oral presentations spread out on 12 orals per session (4 talks 20 minutes each in each 1.5h slot). This will require that we push some orals contributions to posters. We will also try to combine a few talks. We also have some financial boundaries which is that we cannot have more than 20 demos. Each session will have one chair with Massimo as a centre point. Due to the large number of abstracts there will be no rapporteur session on Friday. Massimo will contact the proposed chair to have their agreement. In Indico the abstracts are being re-distributed in tracks corresponding to the sessions. Note that the abstracts to be moved from orals to posters are (will be) in the track "More Abstracts". Chairs can take abstracts from there as well provided they do not violate the "4 talks per slot" rule (for example, pushing to posters abstracts in the track, or merging them). The proposal to host an ETICS workshop has been refused unanimously (as done previously with similar proposals). Related projects should be encouraged to apply for a booth. The registration has opened, please make sure you register before March 15th! Programme Outline: Thursday ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sessions: DEMOS 25 abstracts, 20 will be accepted. Massimo will coordinate this session. We hope to have a price for best demo. POSTERS 20 abstracts, about 40 more abstracts to be turned into posters. WORKFLOW, 4 session slots (with 4 presentations per session) ~15 abstracts Chair: Cal Loomis (proposed) DATA MANAGEMENT 4 slots ~15 abstracts Chair: Johan was proposed.
