Braucienu organizē Riga TechGirls organizācija sadarbībā ar CERN Nacionālo kontaktpunktu Latvijā ar finansiālo atbalstu no Latvijas Izglītības Ministrijas un CERN Nacionālā kontaktpunkta Latvijā. Izvēlētajām dalībniecēm tiks pilnībā segtas ceļojuma izmaksas, tajāskaitā ceļs, naktsmājas un ēdināšana vizītes laikā.
