We have been informed that a number of participants have received spam emails purporting to be related to accomodation bookings for QCHSC 2024.
You are advised NOT to reply to any such emails.
If you have not made any accommodation arrangements, then you should not yet be receiving any emails about accommodation (such arrangements are the responsibility of the participant, and not the organisers).
If you have started arranging accommodation, and receive an email on that topic, please check the email address and wording of any such message - make sure it is coming from the legitimate source.
If you have doubts as to the veracity of such an email, by all means check with your selected hotel, by a separate email or by phone, perhaps.
