Emidio communicates PEB's feedback about new version of documentation page - it is requested to extend metadata with reference about EMI release and product version. Kathryn comments that she already planned that, but not every product documentation has such reference, and she already asked for those where such info is missing.
Emidio suggest to improve page readability by leaving the menu on the left, and let the target expand on the right. Kathryn will check with Andrea if this is possible.
Piotr comments that documentation is still a collection of links to externals pages, and there should be some kind of harmonization. Kathryn comments that this is what have been provided by PTs. Emidio suggests to check if a documentation template exists and in case promote its adoption. Kathryn comments that there could be some resistance from PT.
Emidio asks Katarina to circulate a script with their ideas for tutorials at Vilnius. Katarina answers that will do that, and would be good to know everyone's plan for tutorials at EMI TC, in order to provide some kind of harmonization. Peter comments that they have a large experience on installation, configuration and induction tutorial, but not on interoperability, and recommends to check for someone with this expertise to be present.

Emidio asks Peter to comment results of PT survey. Peter says they are not complete, as some PTs has not answered, but there is enough to write a report. Emidio asks for a deadline for it, and suggest to include this report in DNA2.4.2. Peter proposes 29 of March as deadline, and agrees on including this report in DNA2.4.2. Emidio reminds that DNA2.4.2 is due for the end of April, so a full draft should be ready by mid April. Piotr comments that there has been a poor activity on it, so far, and suggest to ignite the discussion on the list as soon as possible.
