• Mark foul lines of Fields 1 & 2 (white lines)
• Mark field extent for Fields 1 & 2 (home run lines - no plastic barriers; spray of other colours)
• Prepare backstop and bases

13:00 → 13:30 Additional Preparation

Prepare each field with
- Chairs
- Coolers with ice water bottles
- Provide extra drinking water (due to heat)
- Recycling containers
- Trash containers
- Prepare potential BBQ @ challet (to light at 18:00)

14:00 → 15:45 Games: Field 1 - First Responders at Colliders

Measures for heat:
- Starts with 1+1 count
- Brief drinks break after each 3 innings

GSL rules for score difference:
- game ends if one team is more than 10 runs ahead after 5 innings
