ACESSs in TI18 during the YETS
 - Date is planned for 14/11
 - Remain to agree on a detailed procedure

update on R2E of the CV equipment
- last meeting, update on R2E radiation
- warning on the R2E levels, in particular in the alcove before the TI18 tunnel
- when will electronics will be switched-on ?
- If the radiation levels are too high there can be mitigation measures.

G. Mazzola answer for STI
- results are conservative, unlikely to be reached during operation
-> levels are OK in the TI18 tunnel
-> level slightly higher to limit for the SUE (single upset event) just in front of the tunnel penetration between TI18 and SPS tunnels
- S. Evrard agrees to review the numbers once measurements from the BatMon will be availble to benchmark the simulations
- Y. Dutheil points out that the electronics will only be switched on during the ion run
   - everything will be off and cold during the proton run

- A. Martens coming to CERN on 02-03/11 for the reception of laser
  - available for discussion on 3/11 morning

-  A. Martens met with chinese physicist from  Shangai Wenchao Yan on possible controbition to the PoP

- Discussions regarding the amplifier to be started with Edu and Aureliens

G. Mazzola will consider the case of AWAKE extraction, as it runs in parrelel of the ions
