Issue with annual meeting because conflicts with Heavy Ion group, need organizers.

 

John showed finance/fundraising slides.

 

Discussion of forming an organizing committee for the annual meeting, including Fermilab LPC .  Need to be able to collect meeting fees within a few weeks. Site access to FNAL will also be difficult.

 

Discussion of using Indico page for our meetings so others can see the slides.
