Description

Non-conventional signatures at the LHC are varied and, by nature, are often very different from signals of Standard Model processes. Novel experimental techniques, including creative usage of CMS sub-detectors and advanced techniques, can be employed to identify such signals. In this talk, we present the summary highlights of the recent searches for new particles with unusual properties decaying in the CMS detector. The results are obtained using the full Run-II and the 2022 Run-III dataset collected by CMS at the LHC.
