Presents: Edoardo Martelli, Dale Cader, Bruno Hoeft, Joe Mambretti , Tom Lehman, Pieter de Boer, Carmen Misa, Harvey Newman , Asif Shaf, Bill Johnston, Abh, Tristan Sullivan, Thomas Araneta, Phil Demar, Marcos Schwarz, Jim Chen, others

      SC23 NOTED demo
      - Edoardo has requested a circuit to FNAL. Tom will have a meeting with FNAL tomorrow to discuss the implementation. It should be ready by the end of the week.
      - The vlans of last year need to be tested. They will go over the new 400G links from Victoria to Seattle.
      - Joe: the 400G links that will also be used by the demos will be available sometime in September.
      - Edoardo: the VLANS between CERN and ESnet will be moved to the new 400G interfaces this week.
      - Dale: There is one 400G ESnet transatlantic link already in production. Not clear if there will be another one in time for SC23. Unlikely.
      - Edoardo: There's no no 400G DTN at CERN. It may be possible to get some 100G servers, to be confirmed
      - The SURF DTN at CERN is dead. SURF is considering to replace it. Suggestions to get a 400G ones. And possibly not Power10.
      - Bruno: KIT is setting up a 100G link dedicated to AutoGole. KIT has two Power9 DTNs connected.
      - Bruno asks about the NOTED version. It will be used the same of last year.

      DC24
      - Edoardo: a  project about BBR will be submitted. Contributors to be defined.
      - Harvey: Alex Moura has a NRI to test BBRv2
      - Tom shows a map with all the links for SC23. He will circulate it.

      AOB
      - Pieter: SURF supports the work on packet pacing, because the links between NLT1 and SURF is often saturated with short bursts (which don't show up in the 5min stats).
      - Edoardo asks who will attend the LHCONE meeting in Victoria: JoeM may be remote, Dale will be remote. Edoardo, Tristan, Bruno and Pieter will be in presence.
