The timing was confirmed to Oct (11?)-12, following CBG Conference, Riga (Oct 9-11).
Prof. Toms Torims proposes to investigate Irbene (Kurzeme?) antenna complex premises for the meeting.
Lodging probably in Riga, transport organized (LAT, either cars of participants or minubus)
