The abstract submission is a two-step process you should follow.

1. You first need to create an account online on indico, which is our management system and register.

2. Prepare your abstract (strictly follow the rules)
   The abstract should be half a page, of about 200 words. The paper must be a summary of your work with the following points:
   • Introduction (background and motivation)
   • Research question (description of working hypotheses)
   • Methodology (methods, experimental setup, procedure, etc.)
   • Results and discussion (findings, figures, tables, etc.)
   • Conclusions (impact, value of the work)

3. Copy and paste the abstract.
   Authors’ contact details (full address and email of all the contributing authors) and affiliations must be entered in the dedicated fields of the submission form.
