3 Discuss DC24 and near term plans

We had ATLAS DDM meetings to plan for DC24 during the last two months. Yesterday's meeting is at https://indico.cern.ch/event/1314930/

Today was the WLCG DOMA General meeting focused on DC24 https://indico.cern.ch/event/1318905/

We should discuss plans for USATLAS both for DC24 and for this Fall.
