Had a meeting with ASGC about the soon-to-be-in-production USATLAS Tier-2 center.   Meeting details a https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fQLC4JL-xM-tihVn7TKbk8f6YLGRPI3-2px2zVhXP2A/edit?usp=sharing   

• Action item:  Move start of production from November 1, 2023 to December 1, 2023
• Action item:  Identify target networking for the new Tier-2, especially highlighting how general R&E and LHCONE will be handled (ASCG + network teams)
  • Also produce a simple network diagram to identify possible network config for discussion and iteration
