We start with updates and discussion of issues 
from each of the Committee Chairs and co-Chairs.

We will discuss attendance at the HEPAP meeting December 7-8,
the Fermilab Town Hall December 11 and the interaction between
the Town Hall and our meeting, starting on Tuesday as well,
and then update that discussion as needed on Thursday.
