17:15 BBRv3/TC Testbed and Methodology Discussion

Coordination sheet:
- Discuss Google vs CERNbox
- Content: hosts, HW specs, kernel, sysctl config, changes (to track who changed what and when)

Testbed hosts:
- List from last meeting: CERN host TBD (HW in data centre), psum06-100g.aglt2.org, star-dtn1.es.net, lbl-dev-dtn1.es.net, cern773-dtn1.es.net, ps02-b.farm.particle.cz, pygrid-sonar2.lancs.ac.uk, ps-london-bw.perf.ja.net,  QMUL, BNL, RNP (1-2nodes)
- Missing coverage in Asia: Singapore, Australia, Taiwan ?
- Sites with shallow buffers: Candidates ? IEPSAS-Kosice maybe

Methodology:
- What we plan to test: CUBIC, BBRv3, TC, jumbo frames, anything else ? 
- How we would like to coordinate ? Propose weekly schedule (to change settings and keep track in coordination sheet) ? Mailing list ?
- ESnet high-touch testing ?
