Telescope detector Cookbook

Jan-Eric: Talked to Andi a while ago. Has a working FATRAS example and wants to write a paper about it.  Offers themselves to write the cookbook.  Has already the structure pointed out.
Andreas Salzburger: Let's make it publishable.
Paul: Decision on how publish-able is with Jan-Eric, but more technical would be good.

Docathon

Jan-Eric: wants to join over zoom
Paul: It is in generally less organised. Just sit together and when someone has questions, it is easier.

Subgroups

Pavel: Useful for momentum-tracking. A couple other people.
Andreas Salzburger: Use developer meeting for topical focus. More initiative.
Paul: Identify groups and plan topical meetings already 3-6 months in advance. Maybe easier to distribute.
