Description
Terahertz Circular Dichroism (THz-CD) spectroscopy is a powerful technique used to study the chiral properties of molecular assemblies and nanostructures in the terahertz frequency range. Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy itself is a widely employed technique in the study of molecular chirality, which refers to the handedness of a molecule. Chiral molecules exhibit different absorption of left and right circularly polarized light, leading to the phenomenon of circular dichroism.
