Messaging problem (APEL test server and EGI portal) looks to be finally solved. It was noticed a problem of consumer being stuck time to time, Adrian suggested to use the latest version which might solve this issue.

We decided to postpone presentation at the WLCG Ops Coordination to December, by when we hopefully have a new flow working in production.
