Minutes:

 

Here are very brief Minutes of our Meeting, mainly as a follow-up list of actions:

 

• Ludo/Marco: Cables in UPS galleries (air core cables) will remain (to be cut at the red door level) à ACTION Gianluca to contact AFP team to see the concrete possibility of saving those cable parts and to establish a plan for that work of cable saving
• Cables in the LHC Tunnel will be de-installed
• Francisco/ Gianluca: will organize meetings targeting the de-cabling à ACTION
• Francisco: he proposes to have a visit on site in January for the future de-cabling aspects toward USC55 à ACTION
• De-cabling is to be prepared/supervised with Gianluca but done by the EN-EL contractor. This scenario will be confirmed when the cost is known (under evaluation)
• ZDC crane will be de-installed AFTER the transport out of the TAN (in March 2026)
•  

ALFA stations (between Q6-Q7 so out of the HL nominal area):

• S1-2: already de-installed
• S8-1: could be taken out on the next YETS (EYETS 24-25) , so before LS3. Eric agrees with this
• à ACTION: Estrella to integrate this in LS3 Planning
• Re-cabling (Marco): to be tackled on March 24 after convergence of Gianluca on cables trays layout integration à ACTION
