This Technical Meeting aims to evaluate the WP12 Project Quality Control using:

•  Procedures
• Sofwares and database (SharePoint, Infor, MTF, etc)
• Flowcharts
• quality control guidelines (procedures, acceptance,tests, NCR etc.)
• Quality control templates
• Ressouces needs (qualified personnel, equipment, tooling, software, documentation, etc.)
• etc.

For each PBS, the WPE shall evalute the following:

• Quality procedures:
  • Technical specifications and acceptance parameters (for raw material, production, incl. conformity certificates, storage and installation)
  • Inspection procedures and checklists
  • Quality assurance tests (functionality, reliability, safety, durability, environmental, etc). 
    • Full batch testing vs random sampling
• Result of reception tests
  • approval documentation
  • storage (where?) / installation
• NCRs
  • documentation
  • corrective / preventive actions
• Goods, materials, and components not evaluated
  • Traceability / identification (serial number/batch/supplier)
    • naming code
• Supplier evaluation 
  • during production and after final delivery
• Production overview and concluding reports (lessons learnt, wrap-up of production line, etc.)
• Component readiness for installation
