          Un nouveau XMFC  ( 1206 ou 1209)   C4F10  Gaz  + PT1203 avant le xmfc

           

          Pump

          Un nouveau XMFC en bypass sur la vanne de régulation avec point de consigne uniquement en manuel ou dans la recipe .

           

          Exhaust

            Mettre le XMFC 5002

           

          Liquifier

          Un XMFC  avant la pompe 5802.

          Un PT avant la pompe 5802

          Un XMFC en parallèle avec la pompe 5802 ( point de consigne fixe, en manuel ou dans la recipe)

          Un XMFC après le capteur PT5805

          Une PT100 sur le réservoir liquide 

           

           

          Tous les XMFC sont en Profibus avec point de consigne en manuel ou dans les recipes ( pas de logique pour línstant)

          les PT et LT entrées 4-20mA
