### Roundtable on stores:

#### ML (Ben and Gerhard)
- Everything ok 
- Store is running fine
- Only issue is that one has to do the 2FA for the scanner
- Lars: suggestion to try with a secondary account and add it to the egroup.
 
#### BL (Eva and Anders)
- Store created 
- Physical room
- EAM store with bins, etc
- Not used yet
- Lack of time / priorities
- Some equipment don't have codes yet
 
#### IQ (Tom and Romain)
- Store setup with the help of Lars
- Used for new equipment
- Identified a room that will be used for the store
- Romain
- At which level we stop?
 - Should be what is more convenient for the team.
 - In ML they don't track some very small generic pieces, but they do an inventory every year

#### BP (Joel)
- Store created with Lars and some bins
- Not used yet
- He would like to use it in operational systems
- Doubts about the procedure
- Would also need a DSS
- Section initiative to do a detailed inventory of the things in the cupboards

#### PM (Aurelie)
- Store created with Lars
- Not advanced this year on the topic
- Cupboards around. Each one handles the stocks for their systems
- Not all cards have asset numbers
 - Some people are asking for it
- Aurelie needs to discuss with Federico about this and set priorities
- New card types are ususally included in AM

#### XEI (Stephane)
- Store created with Inaki and Lars
- Phylosophy is to use AM for new systems (e.g. new systems Mark is working on)
- For EA, BE handles it. There are very often changes (unlike LHC)

#### General 
- Do we need a store in ISR (273)?
- There was in LS2 some power supplies
- There seems to be also so vacuum chambers for IQ
- Are the VFC there?
- Ask Frank, Joel Daricou

### General Rountable:

- BL effort to check and upgrade InforEAM automatically via a program when there is an update in the system
- This was started with SW, but it was not finished
- BL has interests in finishing this

- Configuration team are asking regularly that we link the asset to the layout position. This seems to come more for the Experimental Areas.

- Romain has syntehtized in the wikis some basic instructions for DSS that were involved in IQ.

### AOB
- Lars could give us a dedicated BI basic course with some short intro on the concepts and preactical exercises. We would need to gather a list of topics we want him to cover.
