Round table summary

[WP.1]

[Sabrina]

• Inputs are needed from all WP leaders as we are late considering our initial planning. Some drafts have been received other not.
• A short CV summary related to the project is needed from all WP leaders.
• A first complete draft should be ready by January 20th provided that inputs are sent by the first week of January.

Adnan

• National accelerator (France) meeting last week with many one to one meetings with French participants on contributions and inkind.
• Meeting with Toms Torrins this Monday

Emmauel

• A draft (template) should be sent today
• Progress done on industry stakeholders
• We still to figure out how to include Natural Langage Processing (NLP) in impact assessment

Casten / Christine

• Meeting today with coordination to discuss WP content.
• Updates to the draft being made to decrease the number of tasks and increase the number of deliverables.

[WP.4]

Gianluca

• 1st WP4 meeting was held this Monday
• Tasks, deliverables, tasks leaders are now clear. Budget is being defined.
• New WP deputy leader proposed from RTU. Meeting planned early January.

[WP.5]

Adnan [Andrew and Jim absent]

• No additional news but tasks and deliverables seems well defined yet as well as contributors
• Precise budget is still to be sent

Annika

• One to one meeting have been happening this week and last week
• Tasks, deliverables and tasks leadership are now well defined but there still few missing pieces
• A first draft (template) to be uploaded soon and updated by the end of the week or early January

Adnan [Stefano and Amy absent]

• A first draft should be sent tomorrow with a first budget estimation
