• follow-up: alarms tests by EN-AA, B. 170 / B. 197 evacuated if alarm in one of the building. confirmed.
• Iso beam diagnostic application released with the new feature to display if SIS is active and if SIS laser is set to true.
• HRS cycling tests representative of CRIS run ?
• Discuss any technical visits / tests during the TS. Access to HT room by SY-ABT (technical inspection), EN-CV flow rate measurements in access mode, access to the exclusion area for scaffolding installation....)

Class A Labs

• Scaffolding to be assembled with grass hill access, for roof work, during ISOLDE stop -> June 12th - 13th
• Cooling upgrades planned, with ventilation cut, week 26 -> June 24th - 28th
• Door maitenance to be coordinated...found some random people wandering around b.179 yesterday who didnt realise coordination was required

• #847M → Irradiation direct 1.6E18 poT received.

  • Opening of bunker S3 for EN-EL inspection for pulling a new cable betwen the bunker and the HV room during (E)YETS 24-25
  • #847M on FE and start of collection of Ra-225:
    
    • 1 MBq requested by IRA, CHUV.
    • aiming for 100 MBq for NPL, UK.
  • MELISSA RAMAN LASER: not operational for this week, need to purchase new mirors.
• Thursday morning
  
  • 08:30 am : irradiation of new #834M (Ta - back of the line) between thursday and Friday as direct followed by indirect over the week-end (through UCx target).
    • Change of trolley on friday 11 am

Physics

• Switching between SSP and IDS is going well
• SSP: The 75Ga (decaying to 75Ge) beam  is used to study quantum colour centers in diamond. They are very happy with the data obtained so far. The yield of Ga without lasers is sufficient to continue the run until Thursday.
• IDS: The 9Li run (IS659) is not going completely as hoped. Due to some issues with signal amplitudes and cross talk, the data of the charge particle detection is of lower quality than it should be, but the neutron data is ok. They made measurements with 8Li that should make up for some of the loss of quality, but it remains to be seen to which degree that will work.
