      Target #848M has been irradiated indirectly on HRS irradiation point until this morning (retrieval happened at 11 am).

      Issue with the FC70 (total beam FC) repeller Aqn. Thanks to Miguel who came very quickly to intervene. 

      Currently being operated. No water leak, too early to say if the vacuum will be an issue again. The aim is to start collecting Ra-224 and Ra-225 from this evening if we can.

      Ra-224 will be shipped to Dresden Hospital in Germany and Ra-225 to NPL in London.

      Physics

      On HRS, ISOLTRAP aimed to measured 96Cd located in the 100Sn region. The expected yield was 1 counts per 2 hours, so it was expected to be a very difficult run where everything had to work well. The target was a prototype with very good temperature gradient, with adapted pieces to get rid of as much background as possible in the region of interest and this was very successful. However, due to the extreme sensitivity of this run, there were a lot of RILIS interventions of RILIS. Finally, only 4 counts were collected on the isotope of interest (in 4 shifts where everything was thought to work fine). All in all, the users were happy with the progress, despite not getting a significant amount of statistics.
