2024 - AIPF Working plan - Milestones & Organization Room: 4/S-030 Internal organization, schedule and milestone to address the 5 points identified as priorities - RI - Internal actions within the ASc&T community: Promote the integration, classification, and distribution of information on new initiatives, calls, projects, infrastructure upgrades, etc … - RI - Actions associated with coordinating efforts with other communities: Promote the integration of roadmaps within synergetic communities. - RI - Actions regarding contract rules: Work on R&D Funding programs focused to industry. - Industry – Organizational aspects: Strength the relationship with the Research Institutions, being proactive in the ASc&T strategic development plans. - Industry - Investment and risk strategy: Promote mechanism to share the risk.

I.FAST annual meeting - Industry driven session & Cryogenics workshop - AIPF Contribution Room: 4/S-030 How should AIPF contribute to sessions related to Industry - RIs collaboration. General case and the role in the I.FAST annual meeting The Cryogenics workshop will take place from Tue. 16/4/24 afternoon to Wed. 17/4/24 morning. The goal is to present and discuss ongoing technological developments in cryogenics for accelerators and related fields Industry-driven session will take place on Wednesday 17/04 afternoon. 2-hour session to give the floor to Industry to present their views on how to make the collaboration with research institutions more effective,especially in terms of improving the commercial exploitation of technology developments.
