Jenkins

- On Wednesday 24th Apr @ 8h30 , cvmfs-jenkins was migrated to RHEL9 (on a new 8 cores VM)
- All the jobs' builds artifacts were also copied on to new instance
- During the migration cvmfs-jenkins remained inaccessible for 10mins.
- Jenkins instance is still using the exact same version of Jenkins as it was old. Jenkins plugins are also not updated.
- Next week I will update Jenkins version and plugins for cvmfs-jenkins

- http://lcginfo-test.cern.ch/ to point to lcgapp-alma9-lcgsoft.cern.ch for testing new lcginfo server.
