Travels
- EXTERNALS: the organisation of travels through Egencia should be organised by the S2PO team (for externals registered under ATS-DO) or by the corresponding group (for EXT registered in the group) rather than by the traveller. In case the external organises his/her travel through Egencia, is there a way to check/agree on the selected flight/train before validation? Question for B. Loublier (> Alexia). How many externals are concerned for each groups ? > All
- MPA/MPE: the S2PO team is in favor of the traveller to proceed wihin Egencia. A message to the ATS-DO unit will be prepared (> Alexia)
ATS DAO vs S2PO 22.01.2024 (SY/TE/S2PO. Meetings with BE and EN will be organised separately)
- Contact form will be prepared with all contacts/group + S2PO team (names, email, telephone, generic emails if any)
- MPA process to be described to help defining who is doing what (between S2PO and groups)
