Points to be discussed : 

• voting system on the base of the INFN proposal 
• glossary 
• SLA on the basis of the Nikhef proposal provided by Paul on the 26th of January 
• action to be made towards the the establishement of the AISBL.

Main outcomes:

• 2 version of the draft statutes were updated, one including the INFN proposal for voting system (art.12 and 13) and one not including specific voting rules (as provided in december 2023). Both versions will be submitted to the RRB, that will make the final decision. 
• Uli provided an updated version of the glossary
• The main points to be further discusssed for the SLAs were highlighted

 

Upcoming action points:

• Victoria and Piera will provide the 2 versions of the updated statutes and the meeting minutes
• Piera will share the RRB roadmap in the minutes
• A next meeting will be planned soon to discuss the SLAs (proposal for 3.10 ; discussion of the rest of the document from 3.10 and of the annexes)
