They were really interested in this. - Exchange of trainings and also a proposal to establish a mentoring system and facilitate mobility between EIROs. This might be more towards management - Direction to set up a collection of training materials from the EIROs and potentially work towards a system of the exchange of training seats (free to define this) - Finally the document on best practices in training and career development. Possibly these roundtables on competency models and benchmark jobs could be a good first input to this One output from this is starting collecting training materials from our institutes. If in agreement can use Google Sheets to collate. Input required on if we do want to do this, level of granularity.
