We are thrilled to announce the upcoming, 4th face-to-face meeting of the POSYDON collaboration, the team behind the next-generation binary population synthesis code, POSYDON. This six-day meeting will feature a blend of collaborative hacking and strategic discussions. The first three days will be dedicated to a scientific "hackathon," where the attendees will be divided into teams to delve into synthetic population datasets simulated with POSYDON v2. These sessions aim to tackle diverse scientific queries, fostering a hands-on exploration of the code's capabilities. The fourth day includes an optional social activity, offering participants a chance to unwind and appreciate the stunning Swiss nature. The concluding two days will pivot towards reflective and forward-looking conversations, covering the current state and future trajectories of POSYDON, the collaboration's structure and policies, and planning for the inaugural POSYDON summer school. Additionally, we will review and celebrate the achievements from the hackathon. This meeting is not just an occasion to contribute to the advancement of POSYDON but also a valuable opportunity for community building and setting the direction for our collective future efforts.
