-Francois presented the status of the YETS activities. On the side of the planned services disruptions, the experiment side crane refurbishment is nearly complete, tests are being completed and the refurbished crane is expected to be back in service as of 1st March as planned.
Works is AD ring are complete, sector 4 is back under vacuum after the bake-out was completed last week. The stochastic pick-ups cryo heads are in the cooling process, RF sees the noise reducing quickly indicating that all appears to be fine.
AD machine HW commissioning is about to start, after the machine will be closed and DSO tests completed (in principle 1st of March). An issue with EL systems at this moment prevents EPC mains convertors to be switched on, expected to be solved hopefully today.
First stable beams are expected on target on 14th of March, when machine beam commissioning will be able to proceed.
On ELENA side, the machine is pulsing with Hminus ions, with optimization works ongoing. GBAR will not be able to take beam before another couple of weeks.
The LNE03 is being pumped after the installation of SEM in the vertical line for TELMAX. Access will be needed end of week 10 for activation of the pumps and then removal of the pumping equipment. It is reminded that the LNE02 line is not under good vacuum due to a small leak on the interface gate valve with AEgIS. Access will be needed in ELENA to pump this line when the AEgIS experiment will be back under vacuum (another 2 weeks).

-Maud presented the status of the ALPHA control room refurbishment. Work is restarting with the crane back in operation. The posts for the (potential) second floor have been delivered and are being installed. A cable tray has to be moved to allow the installation of the last of the 3 pillars. The new barrack will be installed as of week 10 (expected duration of 3 days). Recabling will come after that so  that the barrack is expected to be available as of end of March. The air conditioning unit availability has not been confirmed yet.

-Maud presented the status of the TELMAX area. This new experimental area in AD is intended to take the space left free by ATRAP 2, to be used as a test beam zone, both for machine and experiments purposes. The ECR has been approved. The space has been largely cleared, next steps will consist in removing cables so that the concrete blocks can be moved, allowing the required remodelling of the zone. AEgIS cables hanging there will be relocated by the collaboration, requiring to cut a small hole in the grating. Maud will check with EN/ACE for this to be done. Collaborations having possible needs for using the TELMAX beam in the future are invited to get in touch with Francois and/or Davide.

AOB:
-The PhuPHy (Future Nuclear and Hadronic Physics at the CERN-AD ) workshop will take place in Vienna, to discuss, among others, potential new experiments at AD, and the consequently beam characteristics modifications needed. It is also intended to be a preparation to the LEAP conference held in Vienna end of August. This should be a basis for the proposals to be put forward at the SPSC to be held early 2025.
-Maria Elena asked if the upgrade of the notch filter system could be planned at the end of the TS planned in June. This needs to be discussed with OP.
