For this meeting, we will concentrate on 3 items:

1. Follow-ups from Moroccan authorities
2. Scientific program for July
3. High School Learners 
4. High School Teachers

1. Follow-ups from Moroccan authorities: the information here has not changed since the previous meeting, i.e. we expect to hear definitive statements from Moroccan authorities by April. At that time, we will know the number of Moroccan students to select.
2. Scientific program for July: we review the tantative program and suggestions for lecturers. The LOC may discuss and make adjustments to the LOC lecturers proposed. Everyone is encouraged to send us proposals / changes and we will try to accommodate. By the end of March, we will start inviting lecturers.
3. High School Learners: we describe an overview of the learners program in item 2) but deferred extensive discussion to the dedicated meeting on the subject.
4. High School Teachers: we presented the teachers program as a part of item 2).

To be discussed today:
1. Follow-ups from Moroccan authorities:
a. ASP2024 coverage for Moroccan students (How many Moroccan students can we select and cover?)
b. Site visit by Horst Severini on April 22-26 to review computing logistics.
c. Preparation towards the Learners program, April 15-19, in progress and discussed in dedicated weekly meetings. All interested parties may join these dedicated meetings.
2. We will start the discussion on the scientific program for July.
3. If time permits, we will start the discussion on the High School Teachers for July.
