Early registrants who also want to submit abstracts have the option of postponing the payment until they know whether their abstract is accepted or not. If you select this option, please keep the registration confirmation email in order to later access the online payment system. Registration will only be considered valid after payment of the registration fee. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it is mandatory to provide a copy of the transfer order as proof of payment to the conference registration desk. You are strongly encouraged to send a pdf copy of the transfer order to info-ictr-phe-2012@cern.ch to ease the tracking of your payment. Please note: Registration to the Conference and abstract submission are two separate actions. You need to be registered to submit your abstract(s). Upon submission of the electronic registration, you will receive an email containing your registration ID number. Make sure to keep this registration number, as it will be needed for abstract submission. To register, proceed to the Registration Form on the left-hand menu. Cancellation policy Registration fees (with a reduction of 80 CHF for administrative charges) will be refunded only if notification of cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat before January 15, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. All refunds will be made within 3-4 weeks after the Conference. If you register but cannot attend the conference, you may elect to transfer your registration to another person within your Organization. In this case, please contact the conference organisers.
