Event Overview: K-Matrix Formalism in Hadron Physics
This event offers an exploration of the K-matrix formalism in hadron physics, an advanced technique to build scattering amplitude using general principles of scattering theory. The light program of a lecture, a demo session and an exercise class aims at graduate students and researchers. Participants will gain practical insights into the framework, computational techniques, and the physical interpretations of the K-matrix formalism.
Pre-Requisites: Basic knowledge of quantum mechanics and quantum field theory is recommended. Pre-installation instructions for necessary software can be found in the event repository.
Materials: Participants are encouraged to use their laptops to follow the live demonstration and exercise session.
