• Location: Chateau de Bossey, in the forest of Bogis-Bossey, Vaud, Switzerland
  • Transportation to/from CERN will be provided on the first/last day
  • Salle Lausanne/Geneva (AM & PM)
  • Dates:  18th - 21st November 2024 

Registration Fees

The deadline for registration is 1st of October 2024

Two categories are available.

• RESIDENTIAL: An all-inclusive package covers 
  • room: single room with private bathroom for 3 nights (check-in on Nov 18, 2024 - check-out on Nov 21, 2024)
  • board: 3x breakfast, 4x lunch, 3x dinner + coffee breaks
    • 3 x breakfast: from Nov 19 to Nov 21, 2024
    • 4 x lunch: from Nov 18 to Nov 21, 2024
    • 3 x dinner: from Nov 18 to Nov 20
    • 2 x coffee break during the conference: from Nov 18 to Nov 21, 2024
  • transportation: bus from CERN to venue on Monday / from venue to CERN on Thursday
    • FEE is 740 CHF

• NON-RESIDENTIAL: For those with local obligations who cannot stay full-time.
  • board: 4x lunch, 1x dinner + coffee breaks 
    • FEE is 350 CHF
      

A draft of the structure of the agenda is already available. Roughly half the time will be spent collaborating in breakout sessions. We will also accomodate young scientist and PhD studies report.

You can use the abstract submission tool to submit your contribution, as well as for collecting ideas on:
- Topical discussions you would like to be held at the workshop
- Work package ideas for the hands-on session; if possible suggest also a coordinator.
