New tests of quantum mechanics with top quarks

The top quark has been used by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations to test quantum enganglement at the energy frontier. After introducing the topic, possible new avenues, and summarising the current experimental situation, I will focus on novel types of tests of quantum mechanics that have never been performed: those that involve entanglement and particle decay. In particular, these developments bring a new insight into particle decay as a "quantum measurement".
