You will find the detail of the programme in the Timetable.

If you haven't done so yet, please upload a digital photo taken of yourself, using a digital camera, smartphone or tablet to be used for your permanent CERN site access card that you will then receive at the Welcome Session. Please do so by April 29. Otherwise you will need to go to building 55 after the session to get your access card. 

We also invite you to join a dedicated CERN Mattermost channel to network and share your experience with other newcomers.

Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, merci de bien vouloir télécharger une photo de vous, prise avec un appareil photo, un smartphone ou une tablette. Cette photo sera utilisée pour créer votre carte d'accès permanente au site du CERN, que vous recevrez lors de votre session de bienvenue. Nous vous prions de le faire avant le 29 avril. Sinon, nous vous prions de vous rendre au bâtiment 55 dès votre arrivée pour faire cette photo et ainsi récupérer votre carte d'accès.
