Shoahib: is EVERSE coordinating the questionnaires? 

 

Caterina: Fotis coordinating the questionnaires, asked WP leads to send information that will then be organised to avoid questionnaire fatigue

Nikos: using EU template, everything is stored there - working on the DMP and everything will be available in OwnCloud → it will be FAIR

Shoahib: Maybe get the SSHOC perspective on how to do reviews for questionnaires (suggestion from WP3 meeting)

 

Caterina’s leave plans

 

Maternity leave, offline for the entirety of August and part of September, then ramping up again (“Keep In Touch days from the employer).

Action: schedule a meeting with CD and Guido to see how to share the work on deliverables

Who represents the different research clusters? Do we have a list?

Zhiming: summaries and communication for the clusters

 

Are there centralised summary slides of summary of different discussions that we can present to the cluster communities? We have a tearly meeting in September for ENVRI, all developers from the pilot in that meeting so it would be good to have these. 

 

Nikos gives an overview of the folders in OwnCloud. 

 

What are the actions that needed for the clusters?

 

Action plan: 

Caterina and Guido write down set of actions that clusters should be doing (timeline), distribute to WP4 around Monday and then pass to WP6 on Thursday 4th

 

Claudia: question regarding WP4 contribution  to WP3 work (technology watch), 

 

Claudia:: Miro board = asking people from communities and participants to provide use cases for the EVERSE technology watch.. https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVNiCG3Lk=/ → ask pilots to do this in a very short format. 

 

Zhiming: You would like to use it for technology watch. What exactly is expected? Are there slides or something more structured that can be presented, and then the pilot can do the exercise? 

 

Claudia: This Miro board is the result of a 2h workshop in the WP3. 

 

Zhiming/Caterina: Does WP3 want new rows? Or clusters identify themselves into one of the lines? 

 

Action: Claudia brings these questions to the WP3 leads:

 

   * What is everything we see so far in this board, what has already been done and written (methods that WP3 is using, what are we using this board for)

   *  What is the result so far in the workshops that led to this board, can we have a summary of the state of the art

   * Write down the actions for clusters to contribute (to the Miro board)

       * do we have all cases  (rows) allready covered? And can we add to them? 

       * do we need more cases?

 

After brief discussion in (new channel) in Mattermost, Caterina and Guido send out request for contributions to WP4 pilots.
