To register for the course you must
- obtain an Indico account, and
- arrange payment (if you have a fee for participation)
To pay:
CERN participants:
Please provide the department training code or specific budget code / team account or rebilling code. ( Only in case you cannot use this method, pay insted by credit card or bank transfer. )
Non-CERN participants
If you chose to receive an invoice do NOT pay now - your institution will be billed. Otherwise you can payment either by bank transfer (see below) or online by Credit card.

In your bank transfer you MUST mention:
"Code 34880 + YOUR NAME + Geant4"
because this bank account is used for several CERN events.
We prefer payment in Swiss Francs. If, however, a transfer in Swiss Francs creates an unreasonable transfer fee, you can use Euros for the transfer (at the current exchange rate.)
After you pay, we can provide a payment receipt. It should be enough for you to be reimbursed (do check with your institution to be sure).
IMPORTANT: If your institution requires an invoice, you MUST request it now during your registration. And you MUST NOT make a payment now. We will send the invoice to the correct person at your institution, whose information you provide below.
The confirmation of your registration will be provided once your payment has been received.
