Mandatory posts:
- President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
Optional posts
- Vice President
- Field Officer
- Equipment Officer

Requirements for mandatory officers: minimum 1 is a CERN member of personnel (statutory + to enable access for members and club guests - ie other teams). For non-CERN people, a derogation is needed

4. 4 - Planning of 2024 Activities

• Participation in competitions in Geneva, Swiss Romand
  •⁠ ⁠⁠proposed schedule for Geneva league games;
  •⁠ ⁠⁠Swiss softball league; which “away” tourneys we will play
  •⁠ Hosting our tourney on 7 July;
  •⁠ ⁠⁠Roster and recruitment of players;
