      How to develop. Need to understand what we do for LHCb. Local or afs installation?

        Current DMS activities include:
        - Complete migration of to new SpaceTokens, and reassignment SARA SEs
        to NIKHEF (NIKHEF SEs disappear for the moment)
        - dms scripts: Philippe has taken from Krzysztof the preparation of a
        common class
        - FTS: new channels have been defined for SARA
        - Stager: new version under Certification (several issues with
        pre-existing tables on DB)
        - ReplicationAgent, being supplemented with possibility to handle
        SRM-SRM if FTS channel not available
        - LFC: problem found with use of sessions on multithread environment,
        being fixed.
        - StorageUsage: Agent now pointing to production BKK but DB has been
        reset, will need some time to check consistency (Agents also affected
        by FLC timeout issue.

        Still open the question: why LFC new connections were failing? To my
        understanding this is unrelated from the mutithread issue since was
        also observed on the InputDataAgent.
