Improving CTA documentation

• CTA documentation is out of date and needs to be updated.
• 1st step is to plan the documentation directories. Which ones need to be added, moved, modified or removed.
• 2nd step is to split these directories into independent tasks. With clear objectives.
• After we can work on them, independently, while being able to track the progress of completion.
