1) [Everyone] Short discussion today to check if there are no major issues arising;
2) [Silva] Final formatting of the documentation and the initial upload to EACEA (by 29th);
3) [Kārlis] Preparation of the descriptive paragraphs about the project asked-for on the EACEA website [by 29th];
4) [Everyone] Short discussion on the morning of the 30th.
5) [Kārlis, Silva] FINAL submission on the 30th!

In parallel, the MoU has reached the 4th signatory - UL; we are in good state to have all 5 signatures by the 29th!
