- Darko will sent the example list of combustibles from TCC2 study to JL. Action: Darko
- A dose assessment is not necessarily needed for the HI-ECN3 target complex building if constructed according to the modern standards (tbc)
- Access:
- Didier Vaxelaire confirmed that TDC85-TCC8 access door is not affected by any changes and does not require any cabling
- To be clarified if new NA-CONS fire door, that was supposed to be installed during the next YETS, has been postponed. Action: Anna
- RP
- P42 dump studies ongoing w/ presentation scheduled at the extended WP3 meeting on 13/06
- TCC8 dismantling progressing with ongoing radioactive waste/transport studies and benchmark / fine tuning of concrete elemental composition
- Request for instrumentation drafted for Ramses to CROME in TCC8/ECN3. Temporary monitor for P42 commissioning will always be active in terms of beam interlock
- The radioactive waste container KC-T12 is currently the biggest one available and should for the moment be used as baseline as another container type might have a lot of uncertainty and most probably a very high cost for development
- Safety:
- A strategy for work site safety is being discussed w/ NA-CONS. It might be delegated to BE-EA. The topic is to be presented from NA-CONS and HI-ECN3 already at the upcoming SAPOCO at the end of this month. Fernando is organizing meetings to follow-up on it
- Hazard identification for surface bdg is ongoing
- RP input for target bdg needed. Action: JL/Melania to schedule a meeting
- Fire safety
- A dedicated meeting to discuss original NA-CONS fire safety plans. Action: Anna to schedule meeting with Oriol, Darko, JL, Francois, Claudia, Fred
- LSD
- Correction of document ongoing w/ review from PESS team members
- PSR document will then be established for each section
- Visits to ECN3 took place to investigate Pb painting and asbestos
