Notes:

• From the last meetings it was decided that we go for triplet magnet and for 4x (2x beam) POLARIS 2P (COMBO is ruled out). Mass production of 1000 POLARIS racks for North Area Consolidation. March 2027 PCs readiness for installation. See minutes in the links of previous meetings: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1410823/ and https://indico.cern.ch/event/1397247/
• Gilles will provide 3D step model of the POLARIS to Miguel for integration & space reservation
• The Polaris needs to have access from both the front and the back of the racks - and it will be 3 x 19 " racks per polaris. Big size difference compared to old BGI PCs + water cooling circuit.
• Gilles asked that magnet team provides a circuit diagram for the magnet powering scheme.
• Make sure to copy SY-BI-ML (Chiara and William) in the next meetings, Chiara confirmed that she will comunicate with GM for alignment part
• Miguel will contact Dominique to setup next meeting (aiming week 23/24) where all the stakeholders are involved. At this point Dominique is finalising the magnet design. 
• Gilles added that converter readiness for installation will be March 2027
