For the 2026 update of the European Strategy for Particle Physics and in view of the current schedule of the HL-LHC, a document has been produced proposing the LHeC as a project that could bridge the end of hadron-hadron collisions at the HL-LHC with the next flagship at CERN. This document will be annexed to the LHeC submission to the update of the ESPP.
A document containing the LHeC input to the benchmark requests by the Physics Preparatory Group has also been produced. The results contained in it will be updated until May 26th 2025, in interaction with the respective Working Groups; the revised versions can be found here.
