Preparation to the F2F barcelona meeting on June 17 and 18 2024

• discussion about timeline of the deliverables and milestones to come
• slides for the main WP3 talk
• preparation of the parallel session WP2+WP3

 

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

1) deliverables should be OK however the establishment of the handbook of costs strongly depends on the decisions about site/design. And a strong collaboration with WP5 (project office) is needed to choose the ERP sofwtare. Collaboration with WP8 is also needed in this respect.

2) slides are OK

3) The parallel session will try to address the connection between a business model and the legal strcuture. Some topics of finances might loosely depend on the legal structure, hence they can be explored by WP3 without having to wait for decision form WP2.
