      A peaceful week for SAM tests. Job performance a bit variable, but only in line with other CMS sites - some issues being investigated on the CMS side.

      For the new AAA proxy machine, Katy still to add to monitoring in Vande (also Shoveler once we have the production instance). What is Angular?

      Discussion with CMS about IPv6 connectivity to AAA machines. 

      CMS job submission to use EL9 queue only - actually this may be working afterall. I didn't realise the label in the monitoring had not changed from 'el7' to 'el9' but when I looked at logs on ARC-CE02 I could see EL9 was being used.

      Transfer failures to Antares from both CERN and Echo since Tuesday evening - investigating.

      Jobs scripts still being investigated by me for issues and how to resolve

       Script uses file protocol to access "directory" when it needs to either be xrootd or webdavs to access echo - Perhaps a config mismatch that I need to find

       

      Planning to deploy LSST communication software on K8S cluster - currently the Rucio one, but plans to have LSST own cluster for isolation

       

      LSST were running scaling test type work
      104,000 rules from SLAC to IN2P3 (~400MB/s)

      Then 34,400 files from:

      SLAC to RAL (~400MB/s, peaks of ~1000MB/s)

      Slac to ral

      SLAC to LANCS (~300MB/s)

      slac to lancs

      IN2P3 to RAL (~950MB/s)

      in2p3 to ral

      IN2P3 to LANCS (~600MB/s)

      in2p3 to lancs
