Peaceful week for SAM tests. Still seeing the odd 'glitch' in multiple tests. 

A lot more data-processing work recently rather than MC. These jobs have streamed data directly from CERN and the performance and failure rate have been excellent, even with CMS took up to 40k cores over the weekend!

Shoveler - some progress. Investigating with Jyothish whether xrootd.monitor line is actually able to send data to multiple places.

  • ~200 lost + 200 corrupted files were found as a result of the incident.
  • Issues reapeared today at ~11am
• Failed downloads from ECHO (GGUS 167617)
  • Ticket closed
  • Github issue is opened to properly solve "Cannot allocate memory error"
    • Acknowledged by xrootd devs as a Bug

Operational issues:

• Issues with LHCb RSS resulted in occasional SE bans during the weekend
  
  • Should be fixed now
• ETF test problem
  
  • Unable to parse vo-feed due to new format
    • Fixed last Friday
• Xrootd Bug follow-up?
